“Mr. Eric, the maintenance man is top-tier. I put in a request on Tuesday about my heat not working. He came the next day and got it together without any issues. Also unclogged a sink that wouldn’t drain properly in the future. I highly recommend his work and also always want him to come and fix my things. His communication is on point and he’s very professional when it comes to fixing things and getting it done in a timely manner”
